  New Area, New Clients, Different Challenges
As we move through the cycle of Business Development we find challenges that are very consistent no matter what business it may be.  Owners in a query and the business is not producing, always amount to one thing;  not being able to make a decision and not making a decision into reality. Therefore someone like my self is brought on to view the day to day activities, with no blindres and explain how we can improve and increase our business presence.

I often feel that the owners rarely listen to their own intuitions and fear the the cost of doing business. I tell them all that they have to have a plan, they forget the plan and are scrambling around making decisions that are not rational and that have no purpose or are not part of any plan. The plan can any team of players play and execute if ther's no game plan? No!!!!

So I survey the business, look at the field of endeavor  come up with a plan of action, discuss this with my client and with their input and an understanding That this is what we are going to do, start making strides towards turning a negative into a positive. Turning is like turning a cruise ship it takes 10 knots/miles, so it doesn't happen quickly as pr-planning and making adjustments as we go.
